This is, if you do not already know, the home of Rev Run. The home appears in his hit reality show Run’s House. It is located on Wildwood Road in Saddle River, NJ. It was recently listed for sale.

This is the front gate to Hip Hop Mogul Russell Simmons’ palatial 35,000 square foot mega-mansion located at 101 Fox Hedge Road in Saddle River, NJ. The home used to be on the market, but it seems to have slipped off.

This home is also located on Fox Hedge Road. It is listed for $7,395,000 and is a new construction. I emailed the listing agent, Vicki Gaily, and asked if I could take a tour of the home. She is going to ask the builder and see if its alright. If so, I’ll take plenty of pics!

Mansion Mish Mash

This amazing home is located at 1129 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, NJ. It is a new construction and is oceanfront. The home, dubbed Belle Mer (beautiful sea), is owned by a man named Eli D. Cohen. It contains two identical detached garages, a large swimming pool, and two identical pool houses. Thanks to Michael who sent me the first picture. I love the large gate with the stone pillars!

These two homes are located on Sunset Trail in Northbrook, IL. The smaller home, to the left in the 1st picture, has 10,100 square feet of living space. As you can see, the home to the right of it had just been built and is very big! If the smaller home is 10,100 square feet, then this home is definitely over 16,000 square feet.

I love this home! This newly built mansion is located on White Oak Drive in Northbrook, IL. It seems as though there are a lot of large homes being built around this area as well as Barrington and Burr Ridge. This home is no exception. If you look at the 2nd picture, you see the house under construction all the way to the right? That home has 14,500 square feet. Now, take a look at the home featured, which is all the way to the left. This home is definitely almost twice the size of the 14,500 square foot home! So, it definitely looks to be over 25,000 square feet. That’s just my opinion. What is so cool about this house, is how wide and long it is! I would love to know whats going on in the inside.

This massive compound is owned by Dr. I.V Hilliard who owns The New Light Christian Church which is said to have over 28,000 followers. The home is located on Doerre Road in Spring, TX. According to Zillow.com, the property has a total square footage of 40,519 square feet and has 30 bedrooms and 36 bathrooms. A Homes of the Rich reader said that each of the 5 small home located behind the house are 2,500 square feet. Then there are the other two buildings, which looks to be 6,000 square feet together. So, that means that the main house is around 21,000 square feet. The compound also contains a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Eddie Murphy Re-lists His Bubble Hill Estate

Eddie Murphy has re-listed his Englewood, NJ mansion for $15.9 million. The home was originally on the market for a staggering $30 million. It was then lowered to $19.5 million. This Greek style mega-mansion is located on Remington Drive in Barrington, IL. I love the turrets, massive columns, and grand stairs leading to the front entrance!! This home is definitely me!

This extraordinary tudor style mega-mansion is located off of Brinker Road in Barrington, IL. It is easily over 30,000 square feet.

This mega-mansion is located on Balata Drive in Ooltewah, TN. You can see how large it is when comparing it to the surrounding homes! The home measures in at just over 20,000 square feet and contains a porte cochere and a swimming pool.

It contains 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an elevator, 3 kitchens, a 4-room master suite, library, 1st floor media room, gym, home theater, guest quarters, a 7-car garage, a tennis court, and an indoor swimming pool. I don’t think that this home fits them. If I was them, I would buy either this home or this home which are in nearby Saddle River. They are much more nicer inside and only in the $7-$9 million range.

My friend Russell drove by Teresa’s house and took some pictures. As you can see, Teresa was home at the time. You can see her black Escalade in the driveway. I wonder why she left the gate open.  I like how she has an intercom and I love the mailbox, but I think the two lions on either side of the gate are a bit much. What do you guys think?
