This is the home of Zimbabwe’s President, Robert Mugabe. This outrageous mansion was built by a Siberian construction company and they are said to have donated all the material and labor needed to build the house. The home has 50 guards watching 24 hours a day. The mansion cost a staggering $26 million to build and comes complete with 30 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms. The homes ostentatious interior includes marble galore. The home is three times the size of Zimbabwe’s State House.

This mansion was built on Huntleigh Woods Road in St. Louis, MO. It contains an indoor pool in that back part of the home with the glass windows. This home was brought to my attention by my friend Carl.

This recently completed French inspired mansion is located on Tudor Rose Terrace in Mahwah. While the other homes on the street are large, this home is by far the biggest because of its width.
These two homes are located on Pond View in Montville. They are located in one of Montville’s most prestigious enclaves, Pond View Estates.

This 40,000 square foot mega-mansion is owned by John Schnatter. Schnatter is the founder, chairman, and CEO of the Papa John’s pizza chain. The castle-like mansion was designed by Don Evans, and Orlando architect. It also has a multilevel subterranean garage with 22 parking spaces, an office for valet parking, a built-in car wash and a giant motorized turntable to help move limousines. It is divided into 14 parking spaces for the family on one level and eight spaces for guests on another, with an elevator between the two floors. John had a net worth of $402.6 million back in 2006, a figure that has definitely risen over recent years.
This 34,000 square foot architectural masterpiece is located on the outskirts of Princeton, NJ. The home was built by John Boulton, a retired electronics magnate who invented a remote-control music system.
The 34,000-SF residence is on 48 acres of woodland, meadows and streams, and surrounded by hundreds of other acres set aside for land conservation, parks, walking paths, trails for horseback riding and the historic Delaware & Raritan Canal. Nearby is the first residence of George Washington after he became president.
