This humongous mega-mansion was brought to my attention by a reader of Homes of the Rich. This 36,000 square foot mansion was built for real estate developer Scott Wolstein. The home is located in Chagrin Falls which is close to Norma Lerner’s mega mansion. Scott’s home is the largest and most expensive home in Northeast Ohio. The estate , dubbed Ravencrest, was designed by architect Tony Paskevich and and built by Pistone and Tesauro. The home was listed at #2 on the top 250 homes by Cleveland Magazine. The huge English country inspired mansion’s exterior is made of old barn stones, stucco, brick and limestone. Inside, you’ll find a grand yet simple foyer that contains Jerusalem wood floors. The first level contains a master retreat, living room, dining room, hearth room, music room, and large gourmet kitchen. The home has almost every amenity imaginable. It has an indoor basketball court, an indoor pool, indoor rock climbing wall, steam room, sauna and massage room, a disco room, craft room, gift-wrapping room, dog grooming room, a wine cellar, an exercise room, a sports bar, and an infinity edge swimming pool. This is definitely one of the grandest and most beautiful homes in Ohio, if if not the entire East Coast.
This massive Greek inspired mega-mansion is located on Cunningham Road in Indian Hill, OH. The home’s sheer size is amazing and it has 38,000 square feet of living space including a 12,000 square foot basement. It has a long narrow driveway that is accented by a man-made pond. The home has two turrets on either side of the front entrance which further heightens the grandeur of this home. There is also a staircase leading up to the front door. The home also has a subterranean garage, a basketball court, and what looks like an indoor pool.
This is the home of prominent class-action trial lawyer Stanley Chesley and his federal judge wife Susan Dlott. It measures in at a whopping 27,000 square feet. It is located on Camargo Road in Indian Hill, OH. The home was reportedly the most expensive single-family home listed in Greater Cincinnati ever when he purchased it for a mere $11.9 million. The home’s amenities include thermador kitchen appliances, apartment-sized closets, a minitheater, heated bathroom floors, space for an outdoor summer kitchen, a conservatory and a wine cellar. There’s also a game room, exercise room, a theater/media room, separate two-bedroom carriage house for live-in parents or hired help and an outdoor kitchen for entertaining friends and family. Judging by this amount of opulence, I guess being a lawyer is worth all the hard work after all.
