These are the floorplans of the 1st floor and the lower level of David Siegel’s 88,000 square foot mega-mansion. The rooms aren’t labeled, but you can clearly see what some of them are. On the first floor, you can see the dining room, the home theater, the grand ballroom, and the double staircases. On the lower level, you can see the indoor pool, 2-lane bowling alley, and the massive indoor ice skating rink. 

I got these pictures from this website. The company, Water Design Inc., designed the 4 swimming pools that are located both inside and outside the Siegel residence.

This 25,000 square foot mega-mansion was built on spec by George B. Sagatov. It is located at 211 Chain Bridge Road in Mclean, VA. It has 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, 8 fireplaces, an indoor pool as well as an indoor basketball court. My friend George informed me on this amazing home and he sent me the floorplans as well. The home was originally built for someone specific, but the owner never moved in. It then went on the market for $19,995,000 and was bought by a foreign government to use as an embassy residence.
