Popstar Britney Spears is leasing this mansion for $30,000 a month. She is staying here for 1 month while touring the east coast. Her record label, Jive Records, is reportedly paying for it. The mansion is located on Brenner Place in Alpine, NJ. The 7 bedroom , 8 bathroom house contains a home theater, a playroom perfect for her two sons Sean and Jayden, two kitchens, three fireplaces, and a 4-car garage. Dennis McCormack, owner of Prominent Properties Sothebys Realty, showed Britney this house. She was going to rent a house in Long Island, but she wanted to be closer to the City. Alpine is less than 20 minutes away. As you all know, Alpine is home to numerous celebrities such as Lil’ Kim and Chris Rock. Briteny was told that the residents of Alpine are used to seeing celebrities and that she won’t be bothered. I am going to Alpine next weeked, so I’ll try to take a picture of it.

This house is SO ulgy! The house is placed in the worst location on a very large lot. Its placed so that when you walk out the back door your literally in the yard next door.

I agree. I have never seen worse positioning of a home before, especially being a mansion. There is no privacy. The interior of the home is okay, but nothing amazing.
