All that fuckin money and they couldn’t even hide the electrical cords UNDER the carpet!

According to Zillow.com the mansion contains 16,628 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The mansion is valued at $3,006,500.

    You found it nice job.

  4. Chance Says:

I find it hard to believe that this place is only 16,600 sq ft.

  5. Kenny Says:

I think that Zillow is wrong and the home is more than 20,000 square feet.I also think that there are probably more than 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

OMG!! i cant belive that this is “BIG PAPAS” house!!!

  7. Kieran Says:

This isnt really a teen crib if they dnt own it. This is the crib of a man who has kids. Isnt that the same with almost all mansions in america?

This house is located on a well-known street, West Paces Ferry Road, that goes straight to the heart of Buckhead. The majority of homes on this particular street are old compare to the rest of the new thriving opulent subdivisions spurring all over suburban Atlanta. There is another big mansion right before this one, which is a new construction by the way, when you drive toward Buckhead and Roxy Theater. You cannot see the house clearly off the street as it is situated at the end of a long driveway and behind the trees. The house is also at the bottom end of another famous road, Tuxedo road and 30 seconds away from Northside Drive (well known major artery in the residential area of wealthy Buckhead).

And no, the owner of the house, Lee, is NOT the Big Papas that everyone fallaciously claim him to be. It’s simply an unfounded rumor.

As an ex-semi-builder, I can tell you the home is showered with fine details that is hardly matched anywhere else in the town — I used to build $1mil homes so I know when I see a good quality craftsmanship. However, the home’s furnish and decoration is very tacky and it is in dire need of an interior design firm to do a major makeover. The price mentioned for the home is extremely low; $3mil does not justify the sq-footage and work done in the house. I would estimate this house around $9-$10 million easily.

I’d agree that the house must be at least $9-10M. There are houses on that street in that price range. They are selling their previous house in Duluth for $5.6M (down from $7M, then $6M). The Duluth house was on a much smaller lot (albeit on the golf course). It was featured in a video with Fat Joe: Get it Poppin.

the house across the street from this was going for 20 million so this has to be somewhere in that ballpark. whoever said 3million has no idea what they are talking about

Kenny I want to ask you 2 questions regarding this house.

    1) What do you think the square footage is?
    2) Are their new pictures of it since it’s been completed.

  12. Anonymous Says:

According to the Fulton County Property Appraiser’s Web site, the home is worth $3,109,700.

I think the confusion about its square footage is concerning the “living area” sq. footage and the “total land” sq. footage. I’ll explain.

The lot is on 2.05 acres, and the “living area” footage is 16,628 sq. ft. However, the “total land” footage is 89,298 sq. ft.

All of the home’s outdoor space, including their huge pool courtyard, would not have been counted as living area space.

Below is the link to their home record.

No way that house is valued at 3,000,000 .. There are houses in my area that cost that much and are merely 6000 sqft.

  14. Anonymous Says:

The Fulton County Property Appraiser's office can only appraise land not a home. So yes you are right that the LAND is worth aprox $3million. It is virtually impossible for it to be worth $3million total. The Blank's home, which is less than 1km from this home, just sold for $10.6million and is only 8,225 sq ft with 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and 3 half baths. Which is ATLEAST HALF the size of this home which is aprox 16,000 living square feet. BTW it's also not 4 bedrooms 5 baths. So whomever is posting the stuff about the price and number of rooms has no idea what they are talking about. The only thing they have right is the living square footage.

  15. Chance Says:

Hey Kenny, can you put updated birds eye photos of this house up? Or can you tell me how I can see birds eye views of it completed, because I know it's been completed for a year or so.

  16. Kenny Says:

hi. sorry, but bing maps have not updated for quite some time, so there are no new bird's eye images of it completed.

  17. Anonymous Says:

    $11,602,500
    4 beds
    17.0 bath
    24,549 sqft
    Lot 89,298 sqft

  18. Chance Says:

Regarding the post at 8/4/09 10:59 I think that is a ridiculous number of bathrooms, their is no way that's right. I find the amount of bedrooms also unlikely but more plausible.

Typical deal. Guy builds an enormous house and has no idea how to makle it look like a home. If you really look around, there is hardly any furniture in the house and what is there is the typical gaudy, gilded heavy furniture all rich people seem to think looks special. Looks more like a hotel than home.

  20. David Says:

Typically in GA due to litigation involving Jenny Pruitt Realty back in the early 90’s. Realtors cannot quote square footage in the state of Georgia. The landmark lawsuit was over 175 million dollars by a doctor and his wife. They were quoted 7,500 sq ft when during closing their attornies researched it and there was only 5,700 sq ft even though the house the way it was designed looked bigger because of the basements size and huge 12 ft ceilings. Needless to say the couple won and the listing agent lost her job.

  21. Naj Says:

The Fulton County appraiser info was listing from the old house info. This is a new house and had not been updated on their site yet.

This house is definitely in the $10+MM range.
