50 Cent’s Mega Mansion back on the Market

50 Cent’s palatial mansion, which is located on Poplar Hill Road in Farmington, CT, is back on the market; this time with a price tag of $10.8 million. The nearly 50,000 square foot home contains 19 bedrooms, 37 bathrooms, an indoor pool, a disco, an indoor racquetball court, 5 kitchens, a tennis court, and a pond. 50 first listed the estate back in 2007 for $18.5 million, then it was listed at $14.5 million late last year. He bought the home for $4.1 million from Mike Tyson and spent an additional $6 million in renovations.

Bulldoze this WalMart and build a nice public park on it!

Nobody wants this POS owned by this POS:)

Does anyone know what this thing was supposed to be? I am not trying to be judgemental but it just doesn't look like a house. Not the size or shape, but the window placement and number, as well as the sunlight vents on the roof give the impression of a commercial structure.

The house is way to big, looks like a crappy hotel, and is in a horrible location. Drop the price by $5 million more then the price will be right.

Okay, I don't know why someone needs 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms, but come on you guys!! You're going to a website called "Homes of the Rich" and you're complaining about a mega-mansion?!?!

Did any of you guys even see MTV Cribs?? This house is NOT THAT BAD.

SURE, you guys are right… it sure doesn't need all those bedrooms and bathrooms, but I've seen much uglier mansions than this place. How can you complain about a place that has it's own night club with stripper pole!?

It has a nice indoor swimming pool, office, kitchen, master suite, a racketball court, and even a recording studio.

    Peace out!

I personally love huge estates, but this house seems to be disconnected. It's almost as if someone started out with a fairly normal home, and then just made ridiculous additions through the years.

Also: "You're going to a website called "Homes of the Rich" and you're complaining about a mega-mansion?!?!"

Absolutely. This monstrosity has all of the charm as a dwarf with leprosy. This house will sell for land value, and will be demolished.

    Regarding Anonymous 1247:

It looks like 50's real estate agent found your site, Kenny! Since the agent is a reader I have some questions.

•Has a literate person ever lived in the house?
•Has a book ever been in the "li-bary" (yes I saw Cribs)

But you had me fooled there for a second. After all, you did come off as very hip and with the culture by signing off with "peace out."

I'm making this offer right now. I'll buy this NEXT pile of firewood (oh no I di'int say that) for 50 cent a foot.

I think everyone has their own dreams… their own idea of their "Magnificent Property".

Good news…these homes create many American jobs from construction, to maintenance after its done.

What would your, "money-no-object" dream House be like and include?

Mine would also have stables and be on the ocean!

this house is nice i am a fan of huge homes but every home has its own unique design… but if your going to design a huge house it has o be stylish and look like a home not a warehouse with windows and doors but the size is nice for a large family and still offer a spacious area for children and adults.

This house is utter garbage. The craftsmanship and quality of work pars with a $300,000 shack. What do you expect when a house attracts bunch of thugs like Tyson and 50 Cent?
