    Clearly you've never been to Lexington KY. This is Horse Capital of the World. There are bigger and nicer homes then that in this Multi-Horse Town. You Should get out more. 🙂

    They may be nice homes, but I don't think Lexington will make any record-breaking sales compared to the rest of the country.

    What does having a lot of horses have to do with having nicer houses?

    Maintaining multiple horses can be ludicrously expensive, especially if you're planning to race them. A single thoroughbred horse can cost hundreds of thousands or even a million dollars.

    It thus makes sense to assume that someone who owns several of these horses is likely to own a fairly nice and expensive home.
