2 California Mega-Mansions






This Italianate mega-mansion is located on Wyton Drive in Holmby Hills, CA. (right next to the Playboy Mansion) It was desinged by famed architect Richard Landry (more pictures of the home). It contains over 20,000 square feet of living space that includes a rotunda, a gorgeous foyer with domed ceiling, a walnut paneled library, a dining room, a living room, a custom country kitchen, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. It is labeled the “Mancuso Residence” on Mr. Landry’s website. It is the home of Frank Mancuso Sr., the former chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures.



This incredible brand new 50,000 square foot mega-mansion is located on Bel Air Road in Los Angeles, CA. It was designed by Robert AM Stern Architects. The home has a motor court, manicured lawns, formal gardens, swimming pool, and a tennis court.

    I search for hours on the internet until I come across something that I find interesting. I type in anything that comes to mind in google, such as luxury home builders or architects and mega-mansions. Whatever I find, I post. lol. I also get lots of tips from avid readers of Homes of the Rich.

    Thanks for posting this, I absolutly love the first house, I have looked at it alot on satillite and wondered whos it was etc. Beautiful. Is the 2nd house newly completed? Whats the story there, can you find out more info?
