Prince Jefri Bolkiah’s Las Vegas Mega-Compound

This Mega-Compound is located at 99 Spanish Gate Drive Las Vegas, NV. It was built by Prince Jefri Bolkiah, brother of the Sultan of Brunei, in 1997. It is valued at $60 million and was built on a 16 acre lot. All of the buildings have a combined square footage of 108,895 square feet. There are 92 rooms with 29 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms spread throughout the compound. The main home has 37,359 square feet and 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. On the property there are 5 smaller homes that are probably used for guests or family members. There is also a tennis court, 3 swimming pools, and a large garage. The 2007 property taxes were $478,273.16.
