Yes folks, yet another Potomac, MD mansion has hit the market. It seems that wealthy Potomac residents want out. Currently there are 6 mansions on the market in Potomac that have 20,000+ square footage!! (most recently, the $15,000,000 / 24,000 square foot spec mansion) Potomac is quite known for its grand homes that have seemingly not so grand price tags. (A 21,000 square foot house in California would easily cost over $20,000,000)

This mansion, which is a stone’s throw from David Niroo’s mansion, just hit the market for $6,897,000. It is located at 9034 Bronson Drive. It is a brand new construction, like most of the huge Potomac mansions, and consists of 21,500 square feet of living space. The basement is 7,200 square feet alone!
