    Hi

There are so beautiful houses but it is the most beautiful house.

We live very, very close to this house. While it has an absolutely spectacular view, it is an amazingly ugly eyesore – even worse than these pictures. It also has tiny windows making you go outside to enjoy the view. Most people in the neighborhood view it as a teardown – and the owner has been trying to get rid of it for the past 5-6 years. Not worth $23m – probably worth about $10-12m for the land, though.
